These Terms are an agreement between you and Astauli Learning Pvt. Ltd., which operates Rojgar Sathi as a skills chapter of Rojgar with Ankit.

Rojgar Sathi offers short Hindi skill courses on Android, plus this marketing and support website. You can:

• Watch free and paid skill tracks in the app
• Download the app from Google Play
• Contact support or apply to teach as a creator

Course catalogue, prices, and features can change as we add tracks. The full library lives in the Android app.

• You must be at least 13 years old
• If you are under 18, use the service with a parent or guardian
• You must give true details when you create an account or write to us

You are responsible for OTPs, passwords, and activity on your account. Do not share your login. Tell us if you think someone else is using it. We may suspend an account that breaks these Terms.

• Do not copy, scrape, or republish course videos without permission
• Do not upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content
• Do not bypass payments, security, or access controls
• Do not misuse contact or creator forms for spam

Course videos, branding, and site copy belong to Astauli Learning Pvt. Ltd. or licensed educators. You receive a personal, non-transferable licence to watch free or purchased courses inside the app. Creator applications and messages you send remain yours; you give us permission to review them so we can reply or evaluate teaching.

Paid courses are billed in the app through our custom checkout. Payments are processed by authorised partners such as Razorpay and Cashfree. Prices are in INR unless we say otherwise. Refunds follow our Refund Policy.

To the maximum extent allowed by Indian law, Astauli Learning Pvt. Ltd. is not liable for indirect or consequential losses from using the website or app. The service is provided as available.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Uttar Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any rights you have under mandatory consumer law.

We may update these Terms. The new date will appear at the top of this page.
